This is ideal for those working away from home. We offer this treatment privately, so please call reception to make arrangements.

Following your check-up you will be advised of any treatment required. The options and cost of this treatment will be discussed with you in the surgery and you will likely be given a written estimate by our receptionists. If at any point in time you are unsure of the cost of your treatment for any reason please ask. All treatment charges must be settled on the day of treatment. Failure to settle charges may result in your not being able to make future appointments and in extreme cases we use a debt-collection agency.
Exemption from Treatment charges:
Many people are exempt or entitled to some help with NHS treatment charges.
If entitled you will be asked for proof and you must bring any valid certificates with you and sign the relevant forms.
You will be asked to update your medical history at each check-up appointment you have with us. In addition please inform us of any changes to your medical history when you attend the practice. This is important to us and helps us to treat you safely.
Should you be taking a number of medications it can be helpful if you bring a repeat prescription with you to your appointment.
We will keep any information about you confidential.
CANCELLATIONS & FAILED APPOINTMENTS
Cancellations and Failed Appointments:
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge. This charge will be at your dentist's discretion. Patients that fail to attend their appointment will be subject to a charge of £1 per minute for the failed appointment time. We hope that you will understand that we are a busy NHS practice and that failed and late cancellation appointments deprive other patients of treatment.
